TO REQUEST AN ACCOUNT
If you have not yet set up your Account please request the necessary information by emailing parentaccounts@mahopac.org or by calling 845-621-0656, ext. 13506. You will be sent an Activation Key and Instructions for setting up your account. Photo identification is required in order to gain full access to the system. Photo identification can be provided to the Office of Central Registration located at The Falls District Office.

REMINDERS FROM THE OFFICE OF CENTRAL REGISTRATION
If you are moving out of the Mahopac CSD
Please complete a Student Withdrawal Form for each child that will be leaving. Completed forms can be returned directly to the school building of attendance or the Office of Central Registration.
If you are moving within the Mahopac CSD
Please complete a Student Change of Address Form and return it to The Office of Central Registration along with the required three proofs of residency.
Household and Non-Household contact information changes
Changes can be requested directly through the Campus Parent Portal by using the “Self-Service” Feature.
