Password functionality in Infinite Campus has changed to industry standards of requiring strong passwords and a recovery e-mail address. The recovery e-mail address will be necessary to retrieve your Portal User Name if needed.
Parent Account issues can be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Staff Account issues should be submitted to the Help Desk http://lhric.org/helpDesk.cfm
Middle School/High School Student Account issues should be directed to their building’s Computer Lab Staff.

If you have not yet set up your Account please request the necessary information by e-mail or telephone (see below); You will be sent an Activation Key and Instructions for setting up your account. Photo identification is required in order to gain full access to the system. Photo identification can be provided to the Office of Central Registration located at The Falls District Office.
